Welcome to Sermon Archive Platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our sermon archive and management services. By using our platform, you enter into a legal agreement with us and agree to comply with these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform.

Acceptance of Terms
  • By accessing and using the Sermon Archive Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
  • If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service
  • These terms apply to all users, including churches, administrators, editors, and viewers
  • Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms
User Accounts and Responsibilities
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • One account per church organization is permitted
Content and Usage Rights
  • You retain ownership of all sermon content you upload to the platform
  • By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as directed
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and share your content
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
Prohibited Uses
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Uploading content that is copyrighted, defamatory, or otherwise illegal
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system components
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers connected to the service
  • Using the service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
Payment and Billing
  • Paid plans require valid payment information and authorization for recurring charges
  • Billing cycles are monthly or annual as selected during subscription
  • Charges are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
Service Availability
  • We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for temporary service interruptions or data loss
  • Critical service updates may require brief downtime
  • Backup systems help protect your data but regular backups are recommended

The Sermon Archive Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content Rights

  • You retain all rights to your sermon content
  • You control visibility and sharing settings
  • You can export your data at any time

Our Platform Rights

  • Platform design and functionality are protected
  • Trademarks and logos are our property
  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited
Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sermon Archive Platform, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon Termination

  • • Your right to use the service ceases immediately
  • • You may export your data within 30 days
  • • We will delete your data according to our data retention policy
  • • Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law
Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
